In the web portal Visa for Italy you will find detailed information on how to obtain an entry visa.
Following the EU Regulation 2019/1155 regarding the new visa Codex, that has come in force since the 2nd February 2020, all visa applicants (including family members of Italian/EU nationals) are required to submit the visa applications through the outsourcing company PT VFS Global – Italy Visa Application Center, by appointment only (that can be obtained at www.vfsglobal.com/Italy/Indonesia) and not through the Visa Office of the Embassy of Italy anymore.
In this regards, we would also like to inform that the family members of Italian/EU citizen are exempted from visa fee payment and VFS Global service fee.
