EAST TIMOR: Covid-19 and opening of land borders once every 17 days

The Authorities of East Timor have informed that the Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste has approved measures established to prevent, control and mitigate Covid-19 transmission, with special regard to movements through the land borders.

Taking into account the state of emergency, currently in force in the country until 11:59 pm of 3rd November 2020, the land borders of East Timor will be opened once every 17 days and the next opening is scheduled for 4th November 2020 from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm.
