Emergency cell phone
Exclusively in case of proven emergency situations (e.g., accidents, arrests, natural disasters, etc.) involving Italian citizens in Indonesia and Timor Leste, the Embassy’s emergency cell phone can be contacted at 0062 (0) 815 1811 344.
The number is active during the following Embassy office hours:
– Monday through Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
– Fridays from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
– Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Outside these hours (always and only in case of emergency) it is possible to contact the Crisis Unit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation at +39 06 36225, which is active 24h/24.
For ordinary information or requests, the following offices should be contacted during office hours and through normal communication channels:

Please note that misuse of the emergency cell phone is considered a criminal offense regulated by Art. 658 of the Criminal Code.
